Deep Subjects in Islam
Divine decree (Qadr) over Humans Will?
Allah’s Complete Knowledge
Islam teaches:
Allah Knows All — Past, Present, Future.
“Indeed, Allah is Knowing of all things.”
His knowledge is perfect and timeless.
But knowledge is not coercion.
If a teacher knows a student will fail, that knowledge does not cause the failure.

Allah’s Will Over Our Will?
Nothing happens outside Allah’s will.
“And you do not will except that Allah wills.”
But this does not remove human choice.
It means:
Your choice exists inside Allah’s greater will.
He allows you to choose.

Human Responsibility
The Quran repeatedly affirms accountability:
“Whoever does good — it is for himself. And whoever does evil — it is against himself.”
And:
“Every soul is held in pledge for what it earns.”
Earning is the power of choices.
The Balance
Islam Rejects Two Extremes —
Absolute Free Will (if Allah has no control)
Absolute fatalism (humans have no choice)
Islam Teaches This —
• Allah creates the ability and circumstances.
• Humans “acquire” (kasb) acts through their intentions and choices.
• Therefore accountability is just.

Why It Matters —
If humans had no choice, their judgment would be unfair.
If Allah had no control, He would not be Sovereign of all things.
Islam preserves both —
• Absolute sovereignty
• Real accountability

Allah guides.

~ But Hearts Do Turn ~
This is why The Recitation (Quran) says:
“Will you not reason?”
“Will you not reflect?”
“Will you not think?”

Choice is Real. Guidance is There. Accountability Will Follow.
The Choice is Yours - It Always Was
