'Is 'Allah' God for Arab Jews & Christians?'

The word in Hebrew came from "El" and in Arabic from "Elh"!

The word for "God" is "Elah". Compare to "Eloi" and "Eli" in the New Testament.

'Why is God always Male in the Bible?'

The word "Allah" is the perfect word to describe the God of Jews and Christians as it does not permit gender nor plural.

When the word is used as in "Eloihim" (Jewish) or "Allahumma" (Arabic).

'But isn't this plural?'

The royal usage of a king making a decree of some type will be like this:
"We decree the following..." and he is actually talking about his Royal Position rather than plural status.

'Isn't 'GOD' the word for Israel, and Jesus?'

English has no word for the "God" of Israel or Jesus - because the spelling remains the same whether speaking of a false "god" or pagan idol and the "God" of Abraham, Moses or Jesus ﷺ.

The only difference is captial and lower case letters (little "g" and big G).

Semitic languages it's easy to know "a god" from "The God" due to the structure of the word itself.

'Is there any evidence for this?'

Get a Bible in any motel or hotel look in the drawer next to the bed (placed by the Gideon Society) -

New Testament from the Gospel of John 3:16 - in Arabic language is: 

 "For God so loved the world.." and in the Arabic translation the word used for "God" is "Allah.

The God of the Bible for Christians, in Arabic is - ALLAH.

'Can I find proof of this in the Bible?'

The Arabic Bible starts with the Book of Genesis. It uses the word "Allah" to represent the Creator of the universe and Adam, Eve, Noah; Abraham; Ishmael, Isaac, Israel, Moses, David, Solomon, Jesus . . and Muhamman ﷺ.

The first page of the Arabic Bible has the word "Allah" 17 times.

Over time the Syaitan had manipulate the minds of the people, hence idol worship started. It happen during the time of Prophet Nuh Alaihisalam, when the people started to build statues for the purpose of respect those who were noble and elderly, however over time, instead of the sign of respect, it was syaitan that manipulate the minds to make it a sigh of worship. Hence it syirk billah happen. Allahualam.
