Texas appeals court has found that the seizure of the FLDS children was unjustified, and ordered the lower court that approved it to reverse its ruling.
 
Once again, CNN sneaks off with their lucrative profits leaving behind innocent worshippers to deal with the stigma instigated against them by these journalist junkies.

"The existence of the FLDS belief system as described by the department's witnesses, by itself, does not put children of FLDS parents in physical danger," the three-judge panel said.

Fundementalist Church Accused of Child Rape - Many Wives


"Fundamentalist Latter Day Saints" Church - Raided for "child brides"
reportedly from age 11 and up having children of their own.

More than 400 children of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints  were taken into state custody  - in what authorities described Monday as the largest child-welfare operation in Texas history.

A church compound of polygamists was filled with sexual abuse, say child welfare officers in court documents. One man married many girls (as soon as they could have babies) some giving birth while only 10 or 11 years old.

The Hejaz Railway was built 100 years ago to carry pilgrims from Istanbul to Medina but it was blown up by Lawrence of Arabia during World War I.

Stretches of the line are still used today by passenger and goods trains with engines and carriages from another era.

BAGHDAD - President Bush has (nearly) apologized to Iraq's prime minister for an American sniper's shooting of a Quran, and the Iraqi government called on U.S. military commanders to educate their soldiers to respect local religious beliefs.

Khalaf al-Elyan, a senior Sunni Arab lawmaker, said the sniper must stand trial, preferably in Baghdad.

"We had been silent and accepted the killing of our sons, the destruction of our homes and the theft of our money, but we do not accept insults to the holy Quran," he said at a news conference.

What Did Bush Really See in the Pope's Eyes? Was it "God" or "Allah?"

Remember when Bush said, "Christians and Muslims worship the same God?" Does that mean he saw "Allah" in the Pope's eyes?

Keep in mind, Bush also said he saw the "soul" of Mr. Putin in his eyes. What did that mean?

Does Bush really think he can see people's souls - does he think he can see "Allah"?

Last week in Arab News, columnist Fatin Bundagji wrote of a letter from an American, rather typical of the refrain we have heard for the past five years. Accusing Ms. Bundagji of “conveniently” forgetting that Arab terrorists attacked the US, the writer implied that America has every right to retaliate against anybody, an individual or nation, it considers an enemy. Thus the rightful invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq, neither state having had anything to do with 9/11 whatsoever.

It is fallacious logic. One cannot compare apples to oranges.
