HOW TO KNOW ISLAM!
WHAT’S ‘ISLAM’?
Praise is to the Creator of everything. Peace be to His messengers.
Question: ”If there is a ‘God’ - would you obey him all costs?]
OK - I met an Egyptian man at my father’s store, and tried to get him to believe in Jesus as God, along side of a spirit and God, Himself.
He said, “Muslims believe in one God - of Adam, Abraham, Moses, David, Solomon, and Jesus Christ. [more about this latter)
He amazed me by telling us, “All Muslims must believe in the original Old Testament, New Testament and Last Testament.”
WAIT! - The “LAST TESTAMENT”?
He told me — “The Old Testament was lost — in the original form.”(sure enough he was right).
(Jeremiah 3:16 – NIV) “In those days . . . they will no longer say, ’The ark of the covenant of the Lord.’ It will never enter their minds or be remembered; it will not be missed, nor will another one be made.”
Then — “Jesus as sent by God to fulfill the Law”, to set the record straight.
(Matthew 5:17) “Think not, I came to change the Law and the prophets. I did not come to change, but to fulfill.”
And — I learned about the “NEW TESTAMENT” being mixed with the Romans ideas — in 325 AD, under Constantine. — So, this was no surprise.
Muhammad, a descendent of Abraham, by way of Ishmail, was sent to clarify the “Message to Mankind” again.
Like the Old Testament, it is recited (Quran is Arabic for recited) and written down for believers to hear and see — Just like the original Old Testament.
As far as, “Jesus” to the Muslims — he is the miracle birth to Mary, did many miracles, starting with ‘talking from the cradle’ and ascension or “Raising up to Heaven.”
He is with God now and Jesus will definitely return in the Last Day.
* If Jesus said, ‘I came to fulfill the Law’ and Paul said, “I am dead to the Law” — This sound like opposites.
** Jesus is truly miracle of the One God, descendant of Adam, Abraham, returning back in the last days to destroy the “Anti-Christ”.
*** Paul said, I lie when it makes it easy for people to get to the religion.
What's all this to do with “Islam”?
The man from Egypt told me,
"This is not about you and me, you and your dad, it's about you and HIM (pointing his finger up). Go talk to HIM.
So, I did - And I put my head on the ground and asked God to guide me. (and so far He's doing this).
AGAIN — ”If there is a ‘God’ - would you obey him all costs?]
Surrender, Submit, Obey, Sincerely, in Peace? — (Arabic: ISLAM)
