Many Muslims want to know - What To Say (prayer or dua) After Hearing the Adhan (call to the prayer)

Our prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, taught us a beautiful dua (supplication) to make after the adhan (call to prayer). Learn it & teach it to the believers.

After hearing the adhan (prayer call), we say;

"Allahumma Rabba hathihid-Daawatit tammah, wassalatil Qa imah ati Muhammadan al waseelata wal fadeelah, wa ib'ath-hu maqaman mahmoodan allathee wa'ad-tah, innaka laa tukhliful-me'aad."

And it means:

On the authority of Jabar bin Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him, the Messenger of Allah, may Allah's peace be upon him, said:

"Whoever says, 'O Allah, Owner of this perfect call and Owner of this prayer to be performed, bestow upon Muhammad al waseelah (a station in Paradise) and al fadeelah (a rank above the rest of creation) and send him upon a raised platform which you have promised him. Verily, You never fail in Your Promise', he will have shafa'ati on the Day of Judgment".

I just have one suggestion, probably there was a typo, in the English translation of what to say after hearing the Adhan, kindly capitalize the letter 'Y' in the word 'you' in the statement: "... and send him upon a raised platform which You have promised him"

Jazakallah ghairum , You have done a great good by making this website , some dua after adhaan have addition verses and i wish not to read them for i fear they may be wrong . If you post a dua , make sure the Prophet Muhammed (sallallah alayhi wasalam) said it himself , then atleast we know we are following the right path of Islam . Ameen . May Allah reward you in this life and in the afterlife , may Allah grant you Jannah tul firdaus. Inshallah ameen .

There is a slight different in the transliteration of the arabic text. But it is wonderful that you put this up for us trying to learn it. May Allah add a huge sum to your eeman and give you vigor every other day so that you continue to do more of this for the religious community,,,aam een.
