Syrias Uncivilwar9U.N. Tells Homs Civilians
"GET OUT - LEAVE NOW!"

Syria's UN-Civil War - LIVE from Islam Newsroom - Level Truth

A civil war is when one part of the population (civilians) are fighting against another part of the population (other civilians), like Ireland in the 1970's.

But when the military of a government is using the latest weapons against its own people - what do you call that?

We at Islam Newsroom call it: UN-CIVILIZED WAR

Syrias Uncivilwar7Because that is exactly what it is - TOTALLY UNCIVILIZED.

But what is the UN doing about the UN-civilized war? -- Just telling the citizens - "Run! People Run!"

Tell a whole country to run away? To where? And do what?

What U.N. Genius came up with that one? Does Bush work at the U.N. now? That sure sounds like a 'Bushism' to me..

And just leave their lives behind?

Run people - Run!
But Run Where? Iraq? Egypt? Maybe Afghanistan? How about Palestine? It's close by - right?

Brothers and sisters we have to get this information out for the families and others who need to know what is going on. The United Nations has issued orders for all civilians living in Homs, Syria to immediately evacuate their homes and get out of the city.

This could only mean one thing - CIVIL WAR (very UN-civil War actually)

Syrias Uncivilwar3bHelp us tell the story - the real NEW WE NEED - WHEN WE NEED IT. Share the link of this page right now - and don't let the shayton stop you this time.

Fresh from the Associated Press - BEIRUT LEBNON - The head of the U.N. observers' mission in Syria has demanded warring parties allow the evacuation of endangered women, children, elderly and sick from the besieged city of Homs and other combat zones.

Maj. Gen. Robert Mood said that neither Syrian troops nor rebels were willing to hold their fire to allow them to leave, particularly from Homs.

He said U.N. efforts to evacuate civilians from Homs had so far failed.

U.N. CANCELS ALL PATROLS

U.N. observers in Syria suspended their activities and patrols Saturday because of escalating violence in the country, the head of the mission said, the strongest sign yet that an international peace plan for Syria is disintegrating.

Major General Robert Mood said rising bloodshed over the past 10 days was posing significant risks to the lives of the some 300 observers in the country, and was impeding their ability to carry out their mandate.

The observers were sent to the country after international envoy Kofi Annan brokered a peace plan that included a cease-fire that was supposed to take effect on April 12. But both sides have continued to stage daily attacks and the observers themselves have been caught up in the violence on several occasions.

In an impassioned plea to both the Assad forces and the opposition, Maj. Gen. Mood said that the United Nations is committed to the people of Syria and to bringing an end to the violence while promoting political dialogue. But nonetheless, the "intensification of armed violence across Syria over the past 10 days," he said, is limiting the observers' ability to observe, verify and report, as well as to assist in local dialogue and stability projects - "basically impeding our ability to carry out our mandate.

Syrias Uncivilwar4Look to the fires, the bombings, the rapid fire missles - Military charging against the citizens in the streets - this is NOT a civil war - it is an UN-Civil War!

The suspension of activities will be reviewed on a daily basis, Mood said, with an eye toward resuming operations.

"The lack of willingness by the Parties to seek a peaceful transition, and the push towards advancing military positions, is increasing the losses on both sides: innocent civilians - men, women and children - are being killed every day. It is also posing significant risks to our observers," Maj. Gen. Mood said in the interview.

Syrias Uncivilwar5"With the dramatic uptick in the fighting in Syria, the attacks against civilians, and the suspension of the U.N. Mission of unarmed observers, many experts now believe it may be the death knell of the Kofi Annan peace plan, at least for for the time being," said CBS News foreign affairs analyst Pamela Falk.

"U.N. representatives of the Mission in Syria said that it appears both the Assad government forces and the opposition are now seeking a military solution and have abandoned an interest in a political transition," Falk reports.

She said the latest development will sideline the impact of any possible bilateral talks between U.S. President Obama and Russian President Vladimir Putin at their upcoming meeting in Mexico, "because there appears to be little interest in negotiations from the warring sides in Syria."

Most civilians have now fled from the towns along the highway. But less than a mile further up the road, a woman appears outside her ruined home and waves to the convoy, keen for someone to hear her story.

"Look what's happening to us," she says. "Are we not people?"

Syrias Uncivilwar6Military helicopters dropping bombs on Their Own People
Please brothers and sisters, pray for our families in Syria

She says a missile from a Syrian army helicopter destroyed the row in shops she's standing in front of. A young opposition fighter agrees, and a helicopter suddenly appears overhead.

The U.N. has confirmed that Syrian forces attacked the opposition from the air in recent days, so the U.N. convoy decides it's time for us to go.

We pass through Syrian army checkpoints. We'd like to hear their story, too, but they won't talk to journalists.

They are dug in, with their heavy armor, in force. But it is not enough force to keep a rebel flag from hanging from an overpass just up the road.

While Syrians and international diplomats are reluctant to call this a civil war - that is what it looks like in central and northern areas of the country.

Assalam alaikum_I KNOW WE ARE NOT FAR FROM END OF TIMES. BUT ALL THIS HAPPENING HAS ALREADY BEEN FORETOLD BY OUR PROPHET SallahuAliawass alam. We are weak, when separate. There is one solution. we have to pray sincerely to Allah and hold his book firmly. It feels very shameful to see we are living in GCC countries and we can't open our mouths for Islam or whatever happening around us publicly._In syria, agencies like black water etc. have already penetrated, you say rebels are doing it.... well open your eyes. There main aim is destruction and advance further in the middle east._these are the difficult times, but we have to stand firm. and recall the verse from Quran. That Allah has traded with muslims by taking their Wealth and themselves(thei r lives) and give them Jannah (Paradise)_Stan d up my brothers and sisters and share with others _Jazakumullah Khair

This remind me of thwe UN-role in Kosoo Serbia and the dutch with UN forces standing while thousands of muslims are being killed in serbia. i hope the UN will learn lessons from that and stop this UN-Cilized war...

Can we deliver our message to middle east rulers to directly interfere or atleast they can apply pressure on western powers? After all Saudi Arabia is US's number 1 customer of their weapons and a close ally. How can we motivate our powers? There is no way that western, eastern or puppet organization UN will stop this and the only left out is middle east.

@khadija____fir st of all, an intervention by whom? the west? do u really want another libya to happen? or by the saudis and qataris, who themsleves are puppets of the west and really have no credibility in calling for freedom and democracy. secondly, assad has no credibility at all, we know that b/c he\'s willing to shell, etc his own ppl to stop an insurgency. but neither do the rebels...the recent houla massacre that has been blamed on assad has been proven to be the handy work of the rebels. the UN observer report that came out last year even said that the rebels were also committing attrocities. whats more is that the SNC and their military arm the

The situation is getting more and more desperate by the minute. what more needs to happen before there is any effective interventions taken?!! killings, rapes, shelling of civilians.... all this because they dared to speak their minds. You cannot negotiate with dictators that are willing to kill their people so mercilessly, military oppression needs equally equipped military freedom fighters. ?? ???? ????? ???? ???????

This remind me of one of the signs that will come out before the judgement day come. I dont remember how exactly it's written, but i think it's something like 'there will be a time where when the Romans will come at a city in Syria' with another quote similar to this is 'and strong men from medina will come and fight them'. I might have quoted these two incorrectly, but i think i still have the list of the signs before the judgement day.
