But what does this have to do with Islam?
Good question.

Take a close look at the multi-billion dollar space shuttle as it takes off from its launching pad from NASA. See the billowing smoke? The tremendous fire jetting out from the bottom?
That is some very expensive fuel - they buy it by the ton (not the gallon, not the litre - but by the TON).

And the power needed to take this ship into space is a very 'mighty power', indeed.

space_sultan3How is it that the Quran, revealed over 1,400 years ago, so accurately describes this event?
Or does in say something about humans and jinn never being able to leave the atmosphere of earth, except by "Sultan" (a mighty power)?

Translation: O company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You will not pass except by Great Power or Authority [from Allah].

Why are there no such thing as miracles? I dare you to go and see what the Quran says about anything in science- pick a topic, anyone that could not be possibly known 1400 years ago. See it for yourself, and you will find your proof. The Quran is a word from God (Allah), which is why it is startlingly accurate about things that may seem impossible to you (because it is beyond our imagination)

ok i read it and it seems like somebody must have made this up because there is no way this could be said so long ago. that would be a miracle and we know thereis no such things as miracles.
