Can You Believe This? - What Next?

Doha, Qatar November 7, 2012 --  French School in Bans Hijab in Muslim Country?

Reports tell us a young Egyptian sister was sent home from school today for committing a crime against the French government - she was covering her hair with a scarf - in a Muslim country!

Unbelieveable as it may sound, this was not in Paris or any other part of France, where a recent ban on hijab has everyone's attention. In fact, this incident took place in the Arabic country of Qatar.

We are waiting now to find out what the Qatar government is going to say about women's rights here - whether or not she has the right to cover her body or, as in France, she must bear all for everyone to see.

Up to this point, we have learned the French have offered to make a "special exception" for this one girl, under pretense of trying to get along with the Arabic customs. But that does not seem to appease many of the local Qataris, who are now prepared to take this up in governmental levels.
