Bismillah, Al Hamdulillah, was salam alaykum (peace be to you):
"Thank you for asking about my religion" - Let these be the first words from your mouth when speaking to others about Islam.
Our reply to any question about Islam, should be to let them know -
We have two important things in Islam:
1. Truth (I can go to Hell if I lie)
and we have the -
2. Proof (everything in Islam is preserved and authenticated since it came with Muhammad, peace be up him. Quran and hadeeth still exist today as they did from the beginning.
If anyone says, "Quran says so-and-so", this can instantly be verified because the sayings and teachings of Islam are still preserved, memorized and passed down from mouth to ear in the hearts and minds of millions of Muslims today (and still in the original Arabic language)."
Our "way of life" is Islam and Allah tells us in His Speech (Quran means recitation) to have beneficial discussions with people about our beliefs, especially with Jews and Christians.
Allah says,
And do argue not the People of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) unless it be in (a way) that is better.
[Al-Ankabut 29:46]
Almighty Allah also says,
Say: O People of the Scripture. Come to an agreement between us and you: that we shall worship none but Allah, and that we shall ascribe no partners unto Him, and that none of us shall take others for lords beside Allah. And if they turn away, then say: Bear witness that we are they who have surrendered (to Allah).
[Al Imran 3:64]
Also, there are many verses in Quran speaking about Jesus. Like:
Surah Baqarah (The Cow), 2:87; Al Imran (Family of Imran) 3:45-51; An-Nisaa (The Women), 4:171; Al-Maiadah (The Table) 5:46 (Jesus, son of Mary), 5:72 (Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord), 5:75 (Messiah, son of Mary - a messenger - his mother a supporter of truth - they both ate food), 5:110 (Allah supported Jesus, son of Mary, with "The Pure Spirit", gave miracles and proofs), 5:111 (Allah inspired disciples to believe in Him and his messenger Jesus), 5:112 (truth about Last Supper), 5:116 (Did you say, "Take me and my mother as gods beside Allah?")
Jesus (peace and blessings be upon him) is in The Quran in a number of places:

Examples of this particular question about the denial of the divinity of Jesus in the Quran are Al-Maidah 5:17, 72; At-Tawbah 9:30-31.
The Quran affirms that Jesus is no more than a human messenger: An-Nisaa 4:171; Al-Ma'idah 5:75; and Az-Zukhruf 43:57-59.
The Bible in English says, "God is not a man that He should sin, nor is He the son of man, that He should repent." - Book of Numbers, Old Testament, chapter 23, verse 19.
Having said this, we must clearly state Muslims believe in Jesus (peace and blessings be upon him) as one of the great Messengers of Allah and as the Messiah, and we believe in his miraculous virgin birth.
The difference between Islamic belief and Christian belief on Jesus can be outlined in four points as follows:
1. Divinity:
Only God is divine in Islam. No one else is divine, including prophets, such as Jesus and Muhammad.
2. Trinity:
Muslims believe that trinity is NOT compatible with the oneness of God. The idea of three-in-one is not convincing to Muslims.
3. Crucifixion:
The Qur'an teaches us that Jesus was not crucified; rather, God saved him from his enemies and raised him to Heaven.
4. Muslims do believe in:
* Second Coming of Jesus Christ back to earth in the Last Days (with angels, descending from Heaven and we even know where they will land).
Jesus at the end of time is coming not to destroy with "wars and rumors of wars" but rather -
** Jesus, peace be upon him, will return to destroy evil, falsehood and misconceptions about "God's True Religion - "Submission to God's Will on earth, as it is in Heaven..." (there is a word for this expression in Arabic - "ISLAM")
