Is Mubarak Dead?
Reports in Egypt Say "Yes"

Cairo, Egypt -- June 19, 2012  9:25 EST  The former president of Egypt, Husni Mubarak has apparently passed away. At least this is what we are hearing in "unofficial" reports coming from the hospital and people close to the situation going on there in Egypt right now.

Information and reports still coming out of Cairo, Egypt indicate something very drastic has taken place within the Hospital where Husni Mubarak has been held since the people of Egypt have taken back their country from his oppressive rulership.

Early on, there were stories of Mubarak dying in the hosptial and then immediately being put on some form of life-support in an effort to at least make his body stay "alive". Whether or not they were successful in the process for a period of time is of little interest to those who have long wished for his demise.

"If he is dead, then let him be buried" said one visitor to Cairo, who asked not to be named, "and may God deal with his soul".

Questions are coming up from people in the streets there earlier tonight, asking if this was just another manipulation of Mubarak and the military to side step the issue of prosecuting the former president for war crimes against his one people.

Immediately, suspicion is being cast over the coincidence of timing. Just as the presidential election has been completed, and the first order of business would logically be the prosecution of the former president for crimes against his own people.

Doctors and others working inside the hospital are all saying they are hearing various rumors implying he has passed away. Either way, whether he passes away or runs away, the people of Egypt may feel short-changed by not seeing him brought to justice in court.

Muslims around the world, to see what the official reports will be tomorrow morning. Until then, the scholars are advising their followers to be calm and patient while we wait.

Anxious in Egypt - International Concern Over Islamists & Muslim Brotherhood in Power

Meanwhile the Muslim Brotherhood Has Declared Victory in the election for president by over one Million Extra Votes.

After 45 years of dictatorship military type of rule, the people of Egypt are now in the streets celebrating what they are calling the victory for Muslims there.

A representative of the Muslim Brotherhood has declared they have a victory by more than one million votes for Mohamed Mursi, over the other leading candidate, Ahmad Shafiq the former Prime Minister under Mubarak.

Recent demonstrations similar to those undertaken 18 months ago, were taking place again just last week, over concerns of a fixed outcome of the presidential race going on right now.

Hundreds of thousands of Egyptians, once again in the streets and parks showed a display of readiness to take on even the military this time, if the election was nothing but a shame to reinstall a close member of the Mubarak regime.

Ahmad Shafiq who held a position similar to head of state or prime minister, is the one representing the military side of the campaign and according to the government, he was supposed to be the "favorite" of the people.

This would be a hard sell to many and a "no sale" to most of the Egyptians there. Many have felt the wrath and oppression of the government against close family members for decades under his shared leadership with Mubarak over the last 45 years.
