NOTICE OF LIMITS FOR EHF BROADCASTING

LIMITED USAGE ACROSS OUR ENTIRE BROADCAST NETWORK

Privileges and Limitations of Networks, Television, Social Media and Internet Broadcasting of Estes Heritage Foundation (EHF) to our contributors, users and others.

EHF issues this statement regarding our SYSTEM PRIVILEGES and USAGE.

TOLERATED USAGE PRIVILEGES (3)

Estes Heritage Foundation encourages freedom of speech and expressions of our content contributors and their efforts for the appreciation and art of broadcasting within the limits defined in the following notice of tolerations.

1. ALLOWED: Any original material, written, fictional, non-fictional stories, non-plagiarized  photographs, images, caricatures,
2. ALLOWED: Any material taken from allowable sources with/or without adaptation for our broadcast network.
3. ALLOWED: Any pointed and/or harsh criticism of and political figures, their policies, and governments, including satirical statements, provided it does not conflict with other policy/policies (see #9).

LIMITED USAGE (10)

1. NO plagiarized (without permission), written and/or copied content (except maximum allowed by fair use).
2. NO photos, images, pictures used without permission of rightful owners shall be used, projected or otherwise shown on any of our pages.
3. NO expression or endorsement of physical, mental or emotional harm to any individual, group or groups of people.
4. NO content promoting, encouraging, providing instructions for, or glorifying suicidal or self-injurious behaviors.
5. NO comments, harassments, nor content that promote, encourage, glorify, or threaten any act or acts of violence.
6. NO causing or contributing to an atmosphere of marginalizing or excluding, individuals or groups.
7. NO content promoting, encouraging, providing instruction for, or glorifying any form of harm or cruelty.
8. NO content encouraging harm (political or otherwise) to others and/or supporting, celebrating, or furthering causes of violence or hate groups.
9. NO misleading, false content or information promoting the interests of a religious, political party, or government. 
10. NO content promoting false, misleading, harmful or carrying a risk of harm to any person or persons.

COMMUNITY TARGETING (1)

Misuse of privileges in a targeted and/or disruptive manner to cause harm to our community members or compromising the integrity of our content is defiantly not allowed and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

SYSTEM MISUSAGE WARNING (1)

Misuse of our of our system or violating directly and/or indirectly or causing unnecessary and/or unwanted disruption or harm to our system and/or content, or our users and/or their content or comments will not be tolerated, and will be prosecuted the fullest extent of the law.
