Yes zakat can be for "Dawah Media"

Donations for dawah (calling to Islam) websites are usually acceptable according to the fiqh (understanding) of Islam
However, not commercial websites or making money for personal gain. Look to the other things on a website and notice if they are also making profits from sales of clothing, books, videos and jewelery or any other items.
