You learn strange things - when someone dies!
"Inna lillahi waninna ilahi rajiun"
This is the 'transliteration' of the verse in Quran, talking about how we came from Allah and to Allah is the return.

I didn't know many things of Muslims in 1963 or 1964 . . We only knew them as "Rag Heads", "Camel Jockies", and "Sand Weasels". But what I learned in 1991 (from the Egyptian man) amazed my so much . . that was my beginng of Islam . .
But we are not going to talk about this right now. My good friend has passed away, "Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi rajioon" (from God we came and to His is the return).
I met Dr. Kazi in Houston, Texas (I was raised there), and we had a good time giving "Dawah" to his group of people (Muslims and Christians) on Sunday.
It was fun to see someone else, for a change, giving the explanation of things associated with Islam - and some things "not associated at all" - but people think they are.
We gave some shahadas and one marriage, while I was there, visiting with him. We just had a good time. He was the expert and I was the one learning.
The subjet of kids was not so important and the subjet of Dawah.
I can't recall much of the topic about kids (mine or his).
I just found out last night - he passed away.
