ISLAM RULES OF LAW

NO ONE IS ABOVE GOD'S LAW!

ISLAM is Allah's (God's) Law is absolute — it applies to everyone no exceptions, rulers, scholars, rich people, or plain worker. No one can claim immunity or be “above.”

The Law From Allah!
Allahs Court 500

1. Absolute Justice, Even Against Ourselves

Allah says:

"O you who believe, be persistent in standing firm in justice, witnesses for Allah, even if it be against yourselves or parents and relatives…"

ReciteQuran.com/4:135

 — Justice in Islam means the same standard for all —
NO FAVORITISM!   NO EXCEPTIONS!

2. Leaders Are Held to a Higher Standard

Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

“The most beloved of people to Allah on the Day of Judgment will be the just leader, and the most hated to Allah will be the tyrannical leader.”

Sunan an-Nasa’i, 5379

In Islam, leadership is a trust (amanah). Breaking it is betrayal before Allah.

3. No Special Privileges in Punishment

The Prophet ﷺ warned against selective justice when some people tried to protect a noblewoman from the prescribed punishment:

“By Allah, if Fatimah the daughter of Muhammad were to steal, I would cut off her hand.”

— Sahih al-Bukhari 6788

This shows even his own family wasn’t above Allah’s Law.

4. Accountability in the Hereafter

Even if someone escapes human justice, Allah’s court cannot be bribed, lobbied, or influenced:

إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَبِالْمِرْصَادِ

"Indeed, your Lord is ever watchful."

ReciteQuran.com/89:14

Every leader will answer to Allah for their people’s rights.
