After deleting all of her Instagram images over the weekend, leaving nothing but the Arabic greeting “Alaikum salam” in her bio (meaning “peace be with you”), many have begun to suspect that Lindsay Lohan has finally and officially converted to Islam . .
. . with many fans warmly welcoming her into her alleged new faith.
. . former actress-turned-socialite fuelled rumours of finding a new faith last year, after being spotted carrying a Quran in New York . .
“I’m a very spiritual person and I’m really open to learning . .”

The Sun reports she was born into the Catholic faith and she said . .
“America has portrayed holding a Quran in such a different way to what it actually is. … I’m not done reading it . .
. . do you know how long that would take? It takes so long.”
Can we assume Lindsay Lohad has finally found her "inner calling" and decided to join the "World's Fastest Growing Religion"?
Maybe - maybe not. It all depends on what she says. So far she spole about how badly she is treated for even opening up to Islam and reading the Quran.
The Dawan (newspaper in Pakistan) says she told them:
“They crucified me for it in America . .”
". . they made me seem like Satan. I was a bad person for holding that Quran . ."
" . . I was so happy to leave (America) and go back to London after that, because I felt so unsafe in my own country. If this (Islam) is something that I want to learn, this is my own will.”
"Burkini" - a term used for a swim suit covering for Muslims
So much so, she even learned a bit of Arabic – and while during the opening of a Greek nightclub last fall – (she probably owns) – some people said they heard her talking with an wierd accent.
The Daily Mail claimed later on that Lindsay Lohand had told them, it's just . .
". . a mixture of most of the languages I can understand or am trying to learn. I’ve been learning different languages since I was a child. I’m fluent in English and French, can understand Russian and am learning Turkish, Italian and Arabic.”
