Denver, Colorado June 4, 2012 -- Over 300 Thousand dollars raised for Denver Community Center - ON GUIDE US TV

"Amazing and wonderful" said Imam Karim Abu Zaid, the main spokesperson at the event and local imam for Muslims in the Denver area, "This is double what he even hoped for at this fundraiser".

More than double the expected number of people showed up and even though the Marriott hotel provided an excellent conference room, it quickly filled up with no room left at all. Inititally the hope was for two or three hundred people and after Guide US TV began promoting the event it, immediately the room filled up with over 600 Muslims and non-Muslims alike.

Muslim residents in Denver were all surprised and happy with amazing results of broadcast fundraising last night on the new Muslim TV channel, Guide US TV.

All expectations were exceeded and more. Inititally, the organizers say they would have been pleased to have raised 100 thousand and even satisfied with 50 thousand. But last night's surprise of more than 300,000 dollars far exceeded anyone's wildest dreams.

"This never happened before - that we saw this number of people in the same place for such an event and never before raised so much financial support at one time" and he continued, "Guide US TV mobilized a lot of people to come when the learned it would be broadcast nation wide.

Mutahhir Sabree, director of events for Guide US TV Amazing historical event - exceeding all our expectations! Demonstrating the far reaching impact TV can have for Muslims all across the country.
