Now He's DETAINED?
The Man With the Key! Our Nation's #1 Hero
And Now 'Detained' (for what?)
His name is William Rodriguez and he describes himself as "Just a janitor doing my job". But the rest of us will always remember him as a great hero and last surviver of the World Trade Center #1 on September 11, 2001.
Unbelievable as it may seem, the security forces of the United States government have just "detained" the number one hero of September 11, without charges and without bail.
This story comes to us on this very day, September 11, 2011 (ten years to the date) from the time the World Trade Center was falling down on top William Rodriguez.
He was the only one who had a key to the doors on the hundreds of floors in the building. He is the one who took the first responders up and down the back stairways, again and again, up and down those hundreds of flights of stairs, taking people down to safety - with the only key on the premises the could allow them to escape.
Never thinking about his own welfare or safety, he continued going back in the building time and again, helping those who were unable to make the trek down the steep stairs in the darken stair well. He traversed those steps so many times, carrying people down, carrying water bottles up to those stranded and unable to make it on the stairs.
Only by the Grace of God, was he just re-entering the building to go back up in that furnace of darkness and doom, when suddenly the building began to collapse. Unable to outrun the mega-tons of concrete, steel and glass beginning to shower down on him, he rolled under the closest object for shelter - a New York City fire truck.
The World Trade Center came down instantly - ON TOP OF THE FIRE TRUCK AND ON TOP OF (no name yet - wait until tonight on Guide US TV)
After many hours of digging and sifting through the rubble and refuge that once was the majestic symbol of western commerce and trade, rescuers heard something and began to dig in that area. Low and behold they found a fire truck, pretty much still in the shape of a fire truck. And amazingly enough, someone trapped under it.
Yes. (tonight we'll have him on live - on Guide US TV - don't miss it) (he) was still alive. God had spared him. And he still had in his hand - the key. The key that later would be held up for all to see on TV with then President George W. Bush standing alongside of (him) declaring him the offical HERO of 9/11 - THE LAST MAN OUT.

Ten years go by. The "last man out" has been talking about the event in details to his community of Spanish speaking people all over New York, the U.S. and Spanish speaking countries. He has been talking about what he experienced, what he witnessed, how he felt, what he saw and what he heard. He has been doing a lot of talking - maybe TOO MUCH TALKING??
He just told us on the phone what happened to him only a few nights ago in the very same city, not far from the same place where he saved so many lives, and almost lost his life in the process. The story is exclusive and we cannot publish yet. Not yet.
Inshallah, (God Willing) Mr. Rodriguez will be sharing his most unexpected and unnerving experience with all of us.
This man is a true AMERICAN HERO - and what is happening to him is classic evidence against our nations INsecurity with our own people.
