(a) One is the temporary nikkah, which has limits for hours, weeks and months. In others words "(zawaj al muttah)" in TV I hear a shiah scholar said this thing in the Quran and read some ayat . But i also read that prophet (pbuh) do not allow us to do that. What you say about this.
(b) In (the month of Muharram),some people beat themselves. Whether or not it is wrong.
.Your Question :since the month before last Ramadhan I've been telling my boys (ages 17 and 14 this year alhumdulillah) that it is wajib upon them if they are home (masjid is around the corner about 4/5 houses down) to go and perform the 5 waktu-s at the masjid. But they have been dragging their feet and only did during Ramadhan. On their own they have yet to go there unless I say something.

It is said that one will only be rewarded or punished for actions that one actually does in the outside world or words that one actually utters. Does that mean that one will not be held accountable if one thinks something bad about our beloved prophet Muhammad(PBUH), hates Islam or any one of its commandments in his heart or intends to do something for other than Allah? Is not one accountable for the actions of one's heart? Is not Islam both inward and outward?
